Hypnotherapy for kids
Children are increasingly battling phobias and bad habits with hypnotherapy according to news from last month’s National Hypnotherapy Week.
Difficulties and habits such as nail-biting, bed-wetting, nightmares, food phobias and exam stress can be gently and effectively tackled with hypnotherapy and NLP (neuro linguistic programming).
Alicia Eaton, one of the UK’s leading Hypnotherapists and Advanced NLP Practitioners, explains: “Hypnotherapy is already recognised as a safe and natural therapy and, when combined with NLP, can also show children how to understand their patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. By learning how to alter these patterns, this helps them to ultimately overcome many day-to-day problems without the need for traditional medical intervention.”
Hypnotherapy is a safe and fast solution for many problems encountered by children and young people, ranging from common phobias such as needles, dogs and spiders, to confidence issues including low self-esteem, fear of speaking aloud and performance anxiety.
